Goals

 Here you can find my goals. I will update them from time to time as they are achieved or if I decide to add some goals. Please note that market value of my portfolio will change and that a goal can be reach one day only to fall below the next. 

Market value is mostly documented on a weekly basis. The reason is to have the historical track record documented, it also displays the market development. Below are the goals given and when they were achieved for the first time in blue.  (Updated 18 August 2021)

2061 Portfolio Goal 

1. Portfolio value of 1 000 000€ 

2. Annual dividend of 55 000€

Long-term Investment Goals

1. Portfolio value 100 000€ by 2031 (equivalent to 10 % CAGR)

2. Ensure annual net dividend of 4 000€ by 2031

Short-term Investment Goals

1. Increase portfolio value to 55 000€ by 2025 (achieved 31 July 2021)
   

2. Ensure annual net dividends of 2 200€ by 2025
