About Me

Born 1989 and since 2003 I have actively followed markets, my first investment was made during 2008 at quite volatile times. Started actively following and analysing companies in 2013 as well as reading a lot of investment books. This has supported and impacted my investing methods, however not significantly as I from start liked to pick companies I understood.

I have studied economics, finance, commercial law and accounting as well as work as financial controller and business controller and still remaining on the finance side in work life. I have worked for a real estate investment firm, global information service and food industry which does support reading financial statements.

The investment method I mainly adopted is what Charlie Munger called "Sit On Your Ass" investing (therfore derived the blog name"Lazy Market Investor"). Not having the need to trade nor worry as companies do have a tendency to performe well over the long run. I mainly increase my positions and grow my portfolio and dividends in order to achieve the goals I set.

Hope you enjoy the topics and if you have any suggestions what to write about please reach out.
